At Saiyah, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we offer a flexible cancellation policy. However, we must adhere to certain policies to cover the costs we incur during the preparation of your tour.
All cancellations must be notified in writing to Saiyah via email or written communication. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered the cancellation date for the purposes of calculating fees.
The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the notice period provided before the tour departure date:
Clients who fail to arrive at the designated departure point or abandon the trip for any reason after commencement, will not be entitled to any refund. This policy also applies if any member of the group leaves the tour early or returns before the agreed trip schedule for personal reasons.
In the event of cancellation prior to departure, the Client will be responsible for any non-refundable charges or penalties imposed by third parties, such as hotels, airlines, or transport providers, as part of confirmed bookings. These charges are in addition to the cancellation fees charged by Saiyah.
In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or any event classified as force majeure, Saiyah reserves the right to offer an alternative solution or, in some cases, a partial refund at our sole discretion. However, standard cancellation fees may still apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
Should you wish to modify your booking (such as changing tour dates or altering the itinerary), we will do our best to accommodate these changes. Modifications requested 25 days or more before departure may be allowed without additional charges, subject to availability and discretion. Any changes requested less than 25 days before departure may incur a fee.
Saiyah reserves the right to amend or modify these cancellation terms at any time. Any such amendments will be communicated to the Client in writing. Clients are advised to review our cancellation policies prior to confirming their booking.
We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any potential cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances that may impact their ability to participate in the tour. Saiyah will not be held responsible for any financial losses due to missed or canceled tours.
If applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receipt of the written cancellation request and once all applicable deductions are applied. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
